A downloadable game

Lux Vitae

The second project I created on as part of Game Development Module at University!

I'm back with a new project but this time it's 3D, and hopefully showcases improved skills from my first project (Still a ways to go but learning everyday)

Once again a big thank-you to Blaccat8 for the customer splash Logo which can now be seen here as well as in this and future projects.

Also a big thank-you to @KessieKat for providing the vocals and SFX for various assets and bringing these to life!

Enjoy the heavily horror inspired game and see if you can escape from what lurks in the darkness...

Remember..the light is your only hope here....

For best game experience play  in 1080p resolution, download the game and enjoy!

hello, i just finished a playthrough of this game, good work. the 'craboids' seem to be OK with white light but not with yellow light. after i completed the game and the credits finished, i could not see my mouse while i was back on the start screen so i had to alt+tab and close the game manually. otherwise well done. do you have a donation link so i can support your work?

Hi Cbyram93, glad you enjoyed it! The craboid light areas were designed so that only the yello "charge points" are safe areas, the other lights were more to provide an indication of where the charge cells might spawn etc as it was difficult to to get the balance of light on the level right (First time working with lighting in a project) The credit screen admittingly was something I didn't have time to complete as I ran out of time to submit this for Uni but something I will remember for future projects.

Grateful you wish to support any work but donations are not required and I certainly haven't released this or my other demo to get anything for them, this is more of a journey for me and sharing what I have learnt and been able to achieve :)
